How are adult DVD’s shipped to me?

All adult DVDs are shipped in discreet white or brown boxes. The return address on the left-hand corner lists only our corporate name "24-7 Internet, Inc." leaving no indication of what you’re ordering or what is inside. Where are you located?

All orders originate and ship from our facilities located in Southern California.

Where do you ship to?

In addition to the continental United States, we also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories. We even ship to APO and FPO military addresses!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship international orders to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Republic Of, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Province Of China, and the United Kingdom

Note: In order to reduce the weight and size (and therefore cost) associated with shipping adult DVDs internationally, Jaded Video does not ship the plastic DVD case with your order when you select the NO CASES shipping option.

Can I have my DVD’s shipped somewhere other than my home?

Yes. For your privacy you can designate an alternate shipping address when placing your orders.

Are adult DVD movie purchases used or brand-new?

We only sell brand new, never before viewed DVDs. They are shrink wrapped and in the original packaging as we received them from the studio.

Do you sell original adult DVDs or are they copies on DVD-R?

All of our DVDs are the original discs from the studio. We will not sell copies of highly questionable origin and quality.

Do you sell VHS tapes?

No. All of our products are either DVD or Blu-Ray.

What if I bought an adult DVD and it doesn’t play properly?

Should you receive a DVD purchase that is defective, Jaded Video offers a 14 day exchange policy from the date that your order is received. Please contact Customer Service at CustomerService@JadedVideo.com ahead of time detailing your problem to obtain an RMA number. Returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender unopened.

How long has Jaded Video been in business?

We opened for business in May of 1998.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. For more details on paying by Money Order or Cashier's Check, please Click Here.

I don’t want anything showing that I’m buying adult DVDs. Will JadedVideo.com show up on my credit card statement?

For billing purposes, your credit card statement will only show our corporate name "24-7 Internet Inc.". Nothing will indicate what you’re buying or what service we are providing.

Are you sure that you don’t resell my very highly top secret private confidential information to a mailing list?

Yes...we’re very sure that we do NOT give out your very highly top secret private confidential information to a mailing list. There will be no third party involvement to ensure the privacy of our customers.

Do you have a secure server/connection? Is it safe to use my credit card over the internet?

Yes, we have a secure connection. Yes, it is safe to use your credit card with Jaded Video.

Why don't certain features of your website work in AOL?

Some customers using AOL's web browser may encounter abnormal website behavior. These issues are not exclusive to our website and are due to compatibility issues with the AOL web browser not experienced with other popular industry standard browsers available today. To resolve these issues, we highly recommend opening a separate web browser window while connected to the AOL service. Opening a separate browser window such as Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer does not effect your internet connection to AOL and will ensure proper functionality while visiting JadedVideo.com.
